Ice Skating

I loved to ice skate when I was younger. Honestly, I don't remember when I learned, maybe sometime in grade school? I know that in middle school I was at the rink all the time, and in the early years of high school. About two weeks ago, we took Porter out of "school" for a few different reasons... A mom...

Being a single Mom is hard, I will never deny that, but it's amazing and so fulfilling to be raising this little boy. Before him, I was irresponsible and selfish and didn't always make the best decisions... life was so pointless back then. Christmas :)

P and I were supposed to celebrate Christmas on the following Thursday morning. He was supposed to get back from Kansas kinda late Weds night and I was planning on just bringing him in and putting him to bed. Well, he got home and was pretty awake. Bass Pro Shop Santa Visit

So i'm catching up on posts right now. I finally got a new charger for my computer so I can edit photos again. A few days before Christmas, I took Porter to see Santa at Bass Pro Shops. They seriously have the BEST set-up. When you get there, you get a set time to see him. In our case, it was two hours later. But they have a restaurant and tons of things to do while you wait...all free! Well, besides the restaurant, of course. So we ate lunch, and kept ourselves plenty busy for two hours :)...

We're in Illinois, finally!It's so good to be back home :)Since my computer has been "broken" (where the charger plugs in is fried, like, literally),I am now blogging from my iPad.I found an awesome blogging app called "Posts" that I LOVE LOVE LOVE.It was $9.99, but sooo worth it.I have tried Blogsy, Blogger and Blogpress and hated them all.This one is seriously the best ever. Worth every penny.I also got a keyboard, a stylus, and have an SD card reader ordered.So i'm set to blog from here, and am really happy about it :)Anyway, i've been busy hanging...
