Lots of changes happening in my life right now...more on that when things are more confirmed. (hence the lack of posts with much substance) Good news. Sold my old Cavalier last night! I put it on Craigs and it sold within 2 days, for exactly the amount I was asking. SCORE. I'm kinda sad to see that car go, but I need the money right now. But we've been through a lot! It's lived in Illinois, Michigan and Colorado with me. Went through some college years, and the move out to CO. Also, I'm kind of confused about...

Clothes!

Porter is finally fitting into newborn size clothes!! :) He finally got too long for the preemie clothes. He looks to cute in the hoodies, I love them on him! Sorry for the lack of posts...we are visiting Jeremy's family in Kansas. I'll post when I get home! 3 Weeks Old!

This little guy is 3 weeks old today :) Porter and his friends Porter also had his second real bath today. He liked it a little better than the last time- but still cried a little bit :) He'll learn to love 'em i'm sure!I love the smell of a clean baby! Tummy

Yesterday Porter was awake for 5 hours straight- the longest he's been awake since we got home! He was also up for a few hours this morning too. I think he's going through a growth spurt because he's been eating more often and been kind of fussy more than usual. We've been letting him take naps on his tummy as long as we're sitting right next to him...he loves being on his stomach (which is getting to be quite round these days, haha) :) He's been eating almost as much as I've been pumping for him, so today...

All I do is make milk...

Sorry for the lack of posts! Because i'm up feeding Porter every 2 hours at night, I try to nap during the day...and doing that, along with 98208798 other baby things that I'm doing- leaves me not a lot of "me" time (or blogging time anyways). He's doing excellent :) We had a pediatrician appt yesterday and it went great. He is now 5 lbs 12 ounces (that's over 12 ounces he's gained since he got home!) and he's grown an inch and a half lengthwise (he was born at 17.25 and is now 18.75). It has everything...

Bathtime

So far we've only been able to give Porter sponge baths because his umbilical cord was still attached...but it fell off yesterday, so today he got a REAL bath! He cried like crazy for a little bit, until I washed his hair, then he calmed down. Success overall, and now he doesn't smell like puked up milk anymore, haha.
