Well, we're still here. In the NICU that is. We were going to MAYBE go home yesterday, but since Porter hadn't gained any weight yet we couldn't :( So the Doctor said he needs to gain 2 days in a row to leave.

Which, yesterday he GAINED! So now he needs to gain today and we are OUTTA here tomorrow! Hopefully! He ate like a champ yesterday and is eating amazingly today too, so I think he'll be able to do it!

I don't know if I mentioned this before, but since Porter was born in Denver and we live in Evergreen, which is about 2,000 feet higher altitude than here, we have to stop at the pediatrician's office on our way home in Evergreen to get his Oxygen tested to make sure he's breathing ok in the higher altitude. SOOO we need to get out of here by 2pm tomorrow to make it there by 3 (when they close for the rest of the weekend)...otherwise we will have to stay here until Monday, which will SUCKKKK.

But yeah, I'm getting really tired of sleeping on a really uncomfy couch/twin bed thing...and sick of hanging out at the hospital allllllll day. I rented some movies last night and watched one so far, and bought some books at Border's too...and thank god for wireless internet!! :)
