I am a calendar kind of person. I rely on this thing every single day to get done what I want to get done. I have it synced between my iPhone, iPad and Macbook Pro.

I write almost everything down. Whether it's a phone call I need to make, something I need to get at the store, blog stuff, home stuff, baby stuff...I write it down. I put each thing on a specific day; if that thing doesn't get done that day, I simply drag it and drop it to the next day (actually, usually do the next day that I think i'll be able to get to it...).
